Day 2: Food Tour Through Bologna's Historic Center

Today, after breakfast, you enjoy the first half of the day free. And in the evening, we invite you to explore the rich food scene of wonderful Bologna. Meet your guide in the city center, and set off to see the best of the wonderful historic center and try the city's specialties along the way. Stroll through the lively markets, stop by the famous historical sights, try local delicacies, listen to the fascinating stories from the city's rich culinary history, and find out why Bologna is considered the food capital of Italy.

After the tour, there is nothing planned, and you enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 3: Cooking Class at Local's Home

This morning, after breakfast, you have a few hours to enjoy the city on your own. And for lunch, you are invited to a local's home for a pasta and tiramisu master class.

You will learn a lot about the Italian food traditions, hear the interesting stories behind the dishes, and find out the right way to serve your dish. Your host will teach you a delicious family pasta recipe as well as the secrets to one of the most famous Italian desserts, scrumptious tiramisu. The class will end with lunch, where you and your gracious host will share a meal you've just made all together and try some delicious local wines.

Nothing is planned after that, so you enjoy the rest of your day free.

Day 4: Free Day or Optional Activity

Today, there is nothing planned. Enjoy the best the city has to offer, take advantage of its incredible restaurant scene, or hunt for souvenirs to bring back home.

Day 5: Departure from Bologna & Arrival to Rome

After breakfast, you check out from your Bologna hotel and have a transfer to the train station to catch a fast and comfortable train to the stunning capital of Italy, glorious Rome. Upon arrival, a private driver will take you to your hotel in the city center.

Nothing is planned for the rest of the day, so feel free to start exploring the city on your own.

Day 6: Dinner in Alfredo Alla Scrofa

Today, you are free to explore the many incredible things Rome has to offer, from its historical sights and cultural treasures to the incredible restaurant scene. But make sure to save room for dinner this evening, as we've prepared something special for you tonight.

Enjoy dinner at one of the most famous restaurants in the city, Alfredo Alla Scrofam, the birthplace of the delicious Fettuccine Alfredo. Enjoy a delicious dinner in a place that is used to hosting such renowned artists from all over the world as Marilyn Monroe, Dean Martin, and Jimi Hendrix, and take in the unique atmosphere and lively buzz of nighttime Rome.

Day 7: Free Day in Rome

Today, there is nothing planned. Enjoy the best the city has to offer, take advantage of its incredible restaurant scene, or hunt for souvenirs to bring back home.

Day 8: Departure from Rome & Train to Naples

This morning, after breakfast, you check out, say good-bye to Rome, and have a transfer to the train station to catch a train to Naples. It takes about an hour to reach your destination, so you have some time to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Italian countryside from the panoramic windows.

Upon arrival, you have a transfer to your centrally located hotel for check-in.

Day 9: Neapolitan Pizza Cooking Class

Today, we invite you to learn the secrets of true Neapolitan pizza with a chef from the traditional pizzeria!

San Carlo 17 is a great restaurant located just a short walk from your hotel. The chef is an experienced pizzaiolo, and they will tell you the secrets of making the perfect dough, explain the importance of not overloading your pizza with toppings, and share some tricks of the trade. After making your pizza, you will learn how to make one of the most iconic Italian desserts, scrumptious tiramisu. The class ends with lunch.

After that, there is nothing planned, and you enjoy your evening at leisure.

Day 10: Departure

Today is the last day of your Italy adventure. After breakfast, you check out and meet your private driver, who will take you to the airport. We wish you a safe flight and can't wait to start working on your next vacation!
