Day 1: Arrival in Valencia
Welcome to Valencia, a beautiful Spanish city, known as the home of paella. Upon arrival, you have a transfer with a private driver to your centrally located hotel for check-in. Nothing is planned for the rest of the day, so feel free to rest after the journey and start exploring this amazing city on your own.

Day 2: Food Tour Through Ruzafa's Neighborhood
This morning, after breakfast, you meet your guide in the city center and enjoy an exciting 3-hour walking tour around Lisbon’s most famous sights, such as Praça do Comércio, Bairro Alto, and the Church of São Roque. The guide will show you not only the most renowned landmarks but also some hidden gems that most tourists miss.
This morning, you have breakfast in your hotel, and enjoy the first half of the day free to explore the city on your own.
And at lunch, you head to the city center to meet your guide for a food tour of the lovely and vibrant Ruzafa neighborhood. An amazing blend of culture and gastronomy, the area is a fascinating place to explore, and you will stop by all the major points of interest as you walk between the cafes hand-picked by your host. Your guide will show you around all the not-to-miss sights, point out the best artisan shops, offer advice on the best dining venues in the area, and, of course, take you to three wonderful places to try the local delicacies. There is nothing planned after the tour, and you are free to keep exploring the city on your own.

Day 3: Cooking Class with a Professional Chef
Today, you have a few hours in the morning to enjoy the city on your own. And for lunch, you are invited to a local chef's home for a paella and tapas cooking master class.
You will have a chance to choose your menu, hear the interesting stories behind the dishes, and uncover the secrets of the Valencian culinary traditions as you learn to cook delicious paella and scrumptious tapas. The class will end with lunch, where you and your gracious host will share a meal you've just made all together, accompanied by a glass of Sangria.
Nothing is planned after that, so you enjoy the rest of your day at your leisure.

Day 4: Departure from Valencia & Arrival to Barcelona
After breakfast, you check out of your Valencia hotel and have a transfer to the train station to catch a fast and comfortable train to stunning Barcelona. Upon arrival, a private driver will take you to your hotel in the city center to check in.
Nothing is planned for the rest of the day, so feel free to start exploring the city on your own.

Day 5: City Tour and Evening Flamenco Show With Wine & Tapas
Today, you have nothing planned until the evening, so you are free to keep exploring the remarkable City of Gaudi on your own.
And in the evening, you meet the guide who will show you around the city's most famous sights in the city center. Your host is a local passionate about their city, and they have a wealth of stories, fascinating facts, and interesting historical tidbits to share with you. But you won't only admire the world-famous sights, but also see the beautiful city of Barcelona as Catalans' see it.
The tour ends with a classic flamenco show in a trendy bar. Dive deep into the cultural heritage of the country as you enjoy the iconic sounds of Spain, accompanied by delicious local wine and some tapas.

Day 6: Free Day or Optional Activity
Today, there is nothing planned. Enjoy the best the city has to offer, take advantage of its incredible restaurant scene, or hunt for souvenirs to bring back home.

Day 7: Departure from Barcelona & Arrival to Bilbao
This morning, after breakfast, you check out, say good-bye to Barcelona, and have a transfer to the train station to catch a train to Bilbao. It takes about 6.5 hours to reach your destination, so you have time to relax, catch up on your reading and enjoy the stunning views of the Spanish countryside from the panoramic windows.
Upon arrival, you have a transfer to your centrally located hotel for check-in.

Day 8: Wine Tour of Rioja with Gourmet Lunch
Get ready for an exciting day! Today, you will explore the famous wine region of Spain, beautiful Rioja. Visit two amazing region's wineries to learn about the secrets of the noble's drink production and enjoy an unforgetable tasting of at least 9 types of wines, before heading for lunch to an excellent gourmet restaurant.
The tour ends with a tour of La Guardia, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Walk the narrow cobbled streets, explore its underground vellars and wineries, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the fortified walls surrounded by Rioja's vineyards.
After the tour, you get back to Bilbao and enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 9: Departure
Today is the last day of your Spain adventure. After breakfast, you check out and meet your private driver, who will take you to the airport. We wish you a safe flight and can't wait to start working on your next vacation!
