Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival to Zurich
Welcome to Zurich, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland, nestled on the shores of the Limmat River! Upon arrival, a private driver will take you to your hotel in the city center for check-in.
Nothing is planned for the rest of the day, and you are free to start exploring the amazing city on your own.
No meals are included.
Day 2: Zurich City Tour
This morning, you enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and head to the city center, where a local guide will be waiting to take you around the most famous sights of Zurich, such as Lindenhof Hill, Romanesque Grossmünster, Rathaus, and Fraumünster Church. They will share some fascinating stories about the cities and show you a few hidden gems most tourists miss when exploring the city.
There is nothing planned after the tour, and you are welcome to keep exploring the beautiful city on your own.

Day 3: Guided Tour to Mt. Pilatus
Get ready for an exciting day, as we invite you to explore one of the most stunning places in Switzerland, Mount Pilatus. This remarkable landmark offering jaw-dropping views is stipped in legends, beckoning thousands of tourists from all over the world, and the journey to the top is just as exciting as the destination itself.
Meet your knowledgeable guide in the hotel lobby, and head to the railway station to catch your train to Lucerne. Upon arrival, enjoy the relaxing cruise on the Lake Lucerne, enjoying the stunning panoramas of one of the most beautiful areas in Switzerland and the fascinating stories of your private guide. The boat will take you all the way to the base of Mount Pilatus, where you will board a train that will take you to the top. The ride is an ultimate Swiss experience, as you will travel on the steepest cogwheel railway in the world! The views you will enjoy through the panoramic windows are second to none, and a half-hour journey to the top is surely not one you will forget for years to come. Upon reaching the top, you will have some time to spend some time at the viewing point, explore the visitor center, check out one of the restaurants and enjoy lunch, taking in truly breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. When you are ready for a journey back, you will take an aerial cableway, boasting large panoramic windows, back to Lucern. The last part of your tour is a train back to Zurich.

Day 4: Glacier Express Experience
After breakfast at your hotel, you check out and head to a railway station, where you will catch a train to Chur. Upon arrival, you will board the world-famous Glacier Express, the slowest express train in the world. But in this case of this train, a slow speed is an advantage, and it is running along one of the most picturesque rail routes in the world. It will take you about 4.5 hours to get to your next destination, the beautiful city of Zermatt, nestled right below the iconic symbol of both Switzerland and Toblerone chocolate, Matterhorn Peak.
There is nothing planned for the rest of the day. Feel free to rest after the trip in your hotel room or start exploring the city on your own.

Day 5: Day Trip to Gornegrat
Today, we invite you to explore the best of Gornegrat, boasting breathtaking peaks, picturesque landscapes, and the best views of the Matterhorn. There will be no guide accompanying you, but to enjoy the day to the fullest, we've prepared a full-day itinerary you could follow to take the best the city has to offer.
10:24 Train: Zermatt - Riffelberg.
10:47 Hike: The Mark Twain Trail from the Riffelberg to Riffelalp.
12:17 Cheese Tasting: Go to the cheese refrigerator on the Riffelalp (located next to the Restaurant Alphitta) and buy the famous local cheese. Please note that the cheese is available from June to September.
12:57 Lunch: Have a hearty meal in the Alphitta Restaurant.
14:39 Train: Riffelalp - Gornergrat.

Day 6: Free Day in Zermatt
Today, there is nothing planned. Enjoy the best the city has to offer, take advantage of its incredible restaurant scene, or hunt for souvenirs to bring back home.
Alternatively, we will be happy to organize a circular self-guided hike to Randa Suspension Bridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the Alps (55 USD per person).

Day 7: Train to Montreux & Evening City Tour
This morning after breakfast, you check out from your Zermatt hotel and have a transfer to the railway station for your Zermatt - Montreux train. Upon arrival in Freddie Mercury's beloved city, a private driver will take you to your hotel for check-in. You have a few hours to rest after the trip, and in the evening, we invite you on a private tour of Montreux.
Montreux is a cultural gem that will make you fall in love with its rich history, unique artpieces, and architectural jewels. A local guide will show you around the most amazing sights of the city, such as Chateau de Chillon, the Freddie Mercury memorial statue, and many more incredible places. Despite visiting the famous highlights, your host for the evening will make sure to share their Montreux with you rather than show you the touristy facade of the city.

Day 8: Day Trip to Geneva
The next day, after breakfast, you head to the train station to catch a train to the beautiful city of Geneva. The train ride is fairly short, and it takes about 1 hour to reach the Capital of Peace. Upon arrival, a private guide will be waiting at the central train station to take you on a city tour around Geneva's most famous sights.
During the tour, your gracious host will share not only the fascinating facts from the city's history with you, but, more importantly, they will also share their passion for Geneva with you to ensure an unforgettable experience. See the world-famous Jet d'Eau Fountain, Flower Clock, Tour du Molard, as well as many other famous tourist attractions. But there is more to Geneva than popular sights, and your guide will show you the real city behind the touristy facade and show you some amazing hidden gems most people miss when exploring the city.
After the tour, you will have a few hours to explore the city on your own, and in the evening, you go back to Montreux.

Day 9: Departure
This is your last day in Switzerland! Today, you enjoy breakfast in your hotel, check out, and have a transfer to the train station to catch a train that will take you directly to Geneva Airport. We wish you a safe trip home and can't wait to start working on your next vacation!
